Do the metal aglets fit in all business and dress shoes?
No they do not. Our business laces themselves are 2mm thick, whereas the metal aglet is 3mm in diameter. Some metal eyelets on business and dress shoes are not wide enough to accommodate the aglet. Please take this into account when purchasing. To test, try the end of a headphone jack and if you have any questions, please get in touch.
Do all the shoe laces fit in all shoes?
Our shoe laces have been made to specific lengths and widths so they suit different types of shoes. Each of our descriptions offer extra details about the thickness of the shoe laces. Please ensure you read this before purchasing. Most of our coloured shoe laces are 3mm so they will only fit in eyelets able to accommodate this. Please do not push the shoe lace through with force as it will break the aglet and damage the shoe lace. Our business and dress shoe laces are 2mm thin with a larger aglet. Some dress shoes have a very small metal eyelet which will need to be checked to see if the shoe lace will fir though. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will give you a hand.
Why are most of the coloured laces 75cm?
We make most of our coloured waxed cotton shoe laces 75cm to fit the majority of shoes. If you have a boot, consider our boot laces which come in at 120cm with metal aglets.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please get in touch with us immediately so that we can remedy the situation for you. Our easiest contact method is via email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the name the order was placed under and order number and what the issue is, along with a photo.
What size shoe lace do I need?
Well that all depends on how many eyelets your shoe has. The eyelets are the holes down the side of your shoes. Also, when we say 2 eyelets, we mean 2 down ONE side of your shoe – not 2 across the shoe. We are always counting down one side only. 75cm is suitable for 2 to 4 eyelets 120cm is suitable for 5 to 7 eyelets 180cm is suitable for 8 to 9 eyelets Please note this is a guide and individual shoes and the way you tie your laces may affect how many eyelets your shoelaces will fit.
Will my shoelaces look exactly like the picture?
Whilst absolutely every effort is made to ensure our photos accurately represent the product that will be sent to you, there are variations in screens and computer monitors that are beyond our control. Our photography has not been heavily edited to give you a good representation of the colour. All products photographed are the final products we are selling – not just samples.
When will my order arrive?

Why are there different prices for shipping?
We offer our customers options when purchasing from us. If you were to buy one pair of shoelaces, it would be silly to send them in a packaged box. It is a waste of money and wasteful for the environment. For orders of 1 to 4 shoe laces, they will come in a box envelope and you have the choice of either standard post or registered post. Standard post means that you will not receive a tracking number and your order has no insurance. The registered post option offers tracking. If you wish to have them express posted, your order will be sent in a satchel.
Do I receive an email confirmation for my order?
Yes! Everything will be emailed to you.
What payment options do you have?
We try to be as flexible as possible with payment options. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, zipPay and Afterpay. We do not charge any extra fees regardless of which option you pick. If there is another option you feel we should consider, please get in touch.
What happens if there is an issue with my payment?
If there are any problems with your payment, we will contact you to discuss and resolve. Please ensure your contact details are accurate. We will not ship any items until full payment has been made.
Can I change or cancel my order?

How do I access the Members Area?
You can access this area from both the top and the bottom of the website. Up the top, towards the right hand side, you will see ‘My Account’ which has a drop down menu that can take you directly to the part of the Members Area you are looking for. At the bottom of the website, you can click on ‘My Account’ which will also take you in to this area.
What can I do in the Members Area?
From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and account details.
